Ed started playing drums at the age of 12, performing with school bands and gigging with friends around Kent.  At 17 he was playing with the band "Like Hurricane" who released a split EP on a small an indie label and gigged around the UK to great acclaim.

He co-founded 'We Are Carnivores' who signed to UK label EYESOFSOUND in 2006.  They toured the UK after the release of their first EP, playing places like Nottingham Rock city, Manchester Music Box and The Camden Underworld, as well as getting sponsorship from VANS clothing.

Having received a distinction in music performance at London's Institute of Contemporary Music Performance he went on to study at a high level on their degree program.  Ed is currently also playing in numerous covers bands, as well as accompanying various singer/songwriters.
