West African djembe drumming evening classes offer an introduction to traditional West African rhythms and their history.  Students will develop a command of different djembe drumming techniques, discover the meaning and language of the rhythms, develop their improvisational skills and most importantly have fun in a relaxed but energising drum circle.

The Rhythm Studio's djembe drumming drum circle takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with classes divided into three terms over the course of the year.  The classes are lead by The Rhythm Studio's inspirational percussion teacher Marcos Santana.
