British Airways ARC Olympia test gig - 8th june

We’re very excited to invite RS families to this exciting gig at the new British Airways ARC Olympia venue! 2 acts from The Rhythm Studio’s sixth form will be performing, please fill in this form if you would like to attend and we will add you to The Rhythm Studio’s exclusive guest list for the event.

Event Details:

• Doors: 6:00pm (Come early and help us test the taps!)

• Showtime: 7:30pm

• Location: British Airways ARC is located along Emberton Walk at Olympia, Hammersmith Road/Blythe Road, London, W14 8FJ

Note from the venue:

• First Go: This is a live operational test. You’ll be first to experience the venue in action. It’s exciting! But do bear with us and our team on the night.

• Social Media: This is an exclusive and private ‘dark’ event. To keep the grand opening a surprise, no posts to social media are permitted before 20th June 2026. This is very important.

• Filming: We will be capturing some footage of the venue in action - you will need to consent to photography and video in the sign up form below.
