Learn to DJ, produce & drum with Nathan Curran

Nathan Curran, internationally renowned session drummer, DJ and producer is now a permanent member of The Rhythm Studio's teaching team. Nathan has a wealth of music industry experience working with the likes of Basement Jaxx, Lily Allen, Roots Manuva and Elton John. At The Rhythm Studio, Nathan teaches drum kit, music production and DJ skills. One-to-one drum kit lessons draw upon Nathan's experience of working all over the world on the biggest stages as a session drummer. Nathan's also shares his production skills in small group and private music technology classes, teaching students to compose and remix using Apple's new Logic Pro X software. DJ classes with Nathan offer the chance to learn the traditional way using vinyl and Technics turntables, as well as ultra-modern DJ digital techniques using our state-of-the art Stanton SCS.4DJ, the ultimate all-in-one 21st century DJ console.  Check out the video below in which Nathan demonstrates the Stanton SCS.4DJ in action. 22nd August 2012 – The Rhythm Studio Foundation 1st Birthday Party (RS Archive Post)

On 13th September 2012, The Rhythm Studio Foundation (registered charity 1145472) celebrates its 1st birthday. We're having a party to celebrate what has been a great year for our new charity, having already provided regular music tuition for 36 children in our area. We are very excited that breaks legends Stanton Warriors will be playing at our 1st birthday party, alongside DJs Don Letts, Goldierocks and Tugg The Drummer.
