We’re thrilled to confirm a star-studded line up for The RSF Bright Future’s gig at Bush Hall on Wednesday 8th May, our first major fundraising concert since 2019. Performers include the amazing Nick Lowe (acclaimed musician/producer) & Guy Chambers (award-winning Robbie Williams songwriter), Hollie Cook (reggae artist) & Luke Allwood (The Gentleman's Dub Club) and The RSF All Stars, including our patrons Tim Bran (producer Birdy/London Grammar) and Tom Dixon (designer). Hosted by Simon London, you’ll be treated to a fantastic night of inspirational live music, with the line-up including bands, solo performers and incredibly talented scholarship students playing alongside VIP musicians.

The work that The Rhythm Studio Foundation does helping young musicians is fantastic & inspiring. I’m proud to be associated with it.
— Chris Martin, (Coldplay) & RSF patron.

Whilst enjoying the music, you’ll be able to buy drinks at the bar, mingle with friends and other supporters of the Foundation and soak up the atmosphere in this intimate, unique performance space. Alongside a silent auction, there'll be several ways to pledge your support before and during the event, helping to raise much needed funds for The Rhythm Studio Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1145472).  We’ll keep you posted when our Silent Auction goes live including fantastic items from Tom Dixon, Sharleen Spiteri (Texas), Abigail Schama (Ceramicist), The Grove and many more.

I’m proud to be a patron of The Rhythm Studio Foundation, making music accessible to young people from all different backgrounds and to see kids building confidence and self-esteem.
— Sharleen Spiteri, (Texas) & RSF Patron.

By coming to this event, you'll be helping to support our work as well as the iconic Bush Hall itself, one of many grass roots music venues that  is currently under threat of closure. Do bring friends and help us grow our network of supporters and if can't make it, please consider making a donation to help us reach our £25,000 target.

The RSF Pub Quiz @ The Troubadour 2024

Our Pub Quiz at The Troubadour was a sell-out once again, hosted by our fabulous friend of the foundation, Simon London.

Our Pub Quiz at The Troubadour was a sell-out once again, hosted by our fabulous friend of the foundation, Simon London. The evening kicked off with a wonderful performance by 6th formers Anais (RSF Scholarship holder) and  Zoe, followed by a typically competitive quiz. Keenly fought, an RS team finally emerged as victors….we thank all our friends for coming and for helping us raise over £500 for the foundation’s work.

RSF @ Paddington Academy Careers Fair 2024

On Tuesday 30th January The Rhythm Studio Foundation was invited down to Paddington Academy for a careers fair they were hosting.

At the end of January, we spent the afternoon at the Paddington Academy Careers Fair.  RS Sixth Form Tutor Danny Wheeler joined Diahann and James from The Rhythm Studio Foundation to discuss different opportunities for music participation from Key Stage 3-5 (11-18 year olds). As well as a networking opportunity for the students, they were able to find out about options to pursue  further education in music, either at a specialist 6th Form College like The Rhythm Studio, or to continue their music interests outside of their own 6th Form.  As there is no 6th Form music provision at Paddington Academy we did come across a fair number of frustrated and enthusiastic music makers. We let them know about the annual RSF Scholarship Scheme, the RS part-time Level 2 and Level 3 Music Production courses  on weekday evenings and opportunities to participate in after school and holiday Bootcamp activities.
