Bright Futures at Tom Dixon's Shop
A huge thank you to everyone who came to Bright Futures! It was an amazing line up of our scholarship students and specials guests.
Bright Futures Fundraiser
The Rhythm Studio Foundation would like to extend an enormous thank you to all those who came to celebrate its 8th Anniversary at Tom Dixon’s new Kings Cross HQ. The evening featured a star studded musical line up of charity patrons, food and drink from Coal Office and a silent auction.
Darren Lewis and Tunde Babalola of chart-topping production team Future Cut, kicked the evening off with a DJ set in collaboration with RS sixth former Marco Reeve. The RSF All-Stars then took the stage, with Coldplay’s Will Champion, songwriter Guy Chambers, 6Music DJ Shaun Keaveny, producers Tim Bran and Martin Terefe, designer Tom Dixon and RSF alumni Shamime Ibrahim, performing alongside RSF scholarship students, while guests enjoyed drinks and canapes.
The evening raised over £30,000 for The Rhythm Studio Foundation, which will allow the charity to continue to grow its scholarship fund, schools program and hospital workshops. We would like to extend a very special thank you to The Margaret Killbery Foundation for their pledge to fund our workshops at Chelsea & Westminster and St Mary’s hospitals for the next three years.
“I am always overawed by The Rhythm Studio’s accomplishments in inspiring young people’s autonomy, confidence and self-expression through the power of music” - Tom Dixon, British Designer, host of Bright Futures 2019 and Patron of The Rhythm Studio Foundation
