Stepbrother are a four-piece band from North-West London; an indecisive bunch who have all risen from the ashes of other bands they were in growing up coming straight from the Grove of all Groves, Ladbroke Grove. Having been playing each other for almost 10 years since the age of 9, the band met at The Rhythm Studio’s creative hub in West London, a melting pot where young artists come and discover their sound.
They have spent years crafting their sound and learning to understand each other’s musical ability like it was their own. Come to their gigs as they give generous donations of free merch, such as limited edition key rings, stickers and badges. Their single ‘Teeth’, a song about friends that screw you around, will be released on 16th November, as part of their debut EP ‘Nearest & Dearest’ coming on 4th January 2019 on RS Recordings. The record was recorded at London’s legendary Eastcote Studios (Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party) with George Murphy (Mumford & Sons).
