Liza-Marie Williams is a songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist based in Sussex, UK, with extensive experience across both the creative and commercial sides of the music industry. Originally from the Midlands, she relocated to Brighton to study a BA in Songwriting at BIMM Brighton, where she was taught by Kieron Pepper (The Prodigy), Jake Shillingford (My Life Story), and acclaimed singer-songwriter Heidi Berry.

During her studies, Liza performed regularly while working for music management company Intune Addicts, supporting artists including Hannah Trigwell and Kelvin Jones. She later completed an MA in International Marketing. Following her studies, Liza worked at indie record label Marathon Artists, contributing to their digital marketing team, and currently works at artist development company Laid Bare, where she supports independent artists through digital marketing, content creation, and release strategy.

As a songwriter and independent artist, Liza collaborates with independent artists and producers across the UK and releases music under her alt-pop project Elba Rose. To date, she has independently released 22 songs, receiving recognition and support from Spotify, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music, CLASH, and Fizzy Mag. She has performed at festivals and music venues across the UK.

Passionate about music education and artist empowerment, Liza is committed to sharing her skills and industry knowledge, helping emerging musicians develop tools required to succeed in today’s music industry.
